How to grow your hair for your wedding
If you have decided you want to wear your hair long on your big day, you are definitely looking for ways to make sure your hairstyle will look exactly as you want it to. Luckily, there are some things you can actually do to “boost” your hair growth – and following, we have gathered some of the most efficient methods you can try.
- Eat healthy. It’s probably no surprise to you, but eating healthy has a huge effect on your capillary treasure. Yet, contrary to what some may believe, you shouldn’t shy away from eating fats – as long as they’re the good kind of fats, of course. Avocados, salmon, and, in general, foods that are rich in Omega-3 oils are excellent for your hair (and for pretty much every other part of your body too!).
- Pay attention to the shampoo. Try to stay away from shampoos that contain sulfate. Ideally, you should use a very mild shampoo, only rinse once, and always make sure you apply a rich conditioner (only from the ears down, you don’t need to apply it towards the roots).
- Change your pony tail every once in a while. If pony tails are the most common hairstyle you use on a day-to-day basis, be sure to change the position of your pony tail every now and again – otherwise, there might be too much pressure on your hair and it may break with a lot more ease.
- Last, but not least, be sure to get your regular trims. Many ladies choose not to trim their hair when they want to let it grow – but that’s a huge mistake. If you want long, healthy hair, having it trimmed with regularity is of the utmost importance.
